Diversity Visa Program: Winners of the annual Green Card lottery who are already lawfully residing in the U.S. on a different visa.

Registry: A provision allowing certain noncitizens who have continuously resided in the U.S. since before January 1, 1972, to apply for lawful permanent residence.

Cuban Adjustment Act / HRIFA: Specific programs providing Green Cards to Cuban or Haitian nationals meeting certain residency and criteria requirements.
